Monitoring

We are currently experiencing a delay in data updates for a subset of our reporting dashboards. Overnight, an automated data processing task encountered an unexpected error, which temporarily paused data replication. As a result, some reports are currently showing data with an approximate 5-hour delay.

Our engineering team has successfully identified and resolved the underlying error. The system is currently processing the backlog of data to catch up. We are actively monitoring the recovery and expect all reporting data to be fully up to date within the next 60 to 90 minutes.
