We will be performing maintenance on our primary database cluster on Saturday the 25th of November.
This will require some system downtime during the maintenance window during which users will not be able to access SynergySuite. Apps should continue to work in offline mode only during this period.
A refresh of the data warehouse will also be required after the maintenance. This will take several hours to fully complete for some datasources
